"Little Joe" Goins

Joe entered dance classes in ’69. Six weeks into his dance class he started teaching his own class, and has been calling ever since. Joe has five clubs in the Nashville area, "Music City Singles", "Flat Rock Squares", "Plus Unlimited", "Red River Ramblers", and "Nashville "A" Club".

Joe is a member of Nashville Area Callers Association and has served as President of this Association. Joe is a Member of Callerlab and licensed with BMI and ASCAP. Joe is a former member of Kentucky Callers Association, Tri-state Callers Association and United Callers Association, serving in various executive positions in these Associations.

He is the owner of Silver Eagle Records and was a co-owner of Eagle Records. He is also co-owner and manufacturer of Keltone Speakers.

Joe met his wife Marcia while calling for her dance club in Lexington, Kentucky. Having retired from the DuPont Company after 36 years of service, he now enjoys his horses and calling and average of 6 dances a week year round.

Joe travels several times a year, having called in 40 of the adjacent 48 states and Canada, on calling tours. Joe is available for weekend Festivals and regular club dances where needed.
