LET’S TOOT OUR
HORN This award is to promote publication of square and round dance club activities in local and state media; to increase participation in district and state functions; to improve public relations with non-members and to encourage clubs to set and attain goals they can be proud of. A “Horn” will be presented to each club qualifying to be pinned to their club banner, with bars to be added for each completed year. A year will be January 1 through December 31 with the “Horn” or bars being mailed to each club completing requirements specified in guidelines.
Reporting is to be done to the Promotions Chairman on this form as soon as the project is completed (no later than February 1 of the year following) within the guidelines of January 1 through December 31 of the current year.

listing of all clubs that will receive the HORN or BAR for the current
