To: Northwest District Presidents, Delegates, Caller and Cuers

The next quarterly meeting of the NW district will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, January 26, 2025, at the Shoal Creek Patrol Division, 6801 SE Pleasant Valley Rd, Kansas City, MO. The district only meets 4 times a year. Those dates are posted ahead

PLEASE LET ME (Edythe Weber) KNOW BY JANUARY 22 IF YOU WANT A ZOOM OPTION, OTHERWISE WE WILL NOT OFFER IT.

Just a reminder, each club has two votes, the president and the delegate. An alternate delegate can take the place of one of these, if one has been selected. Callers and cuers are always welcome to attend these meetings, and it is especially important if your club is a caller-run club and no delegate for your club is appointed.

See the agenda for details. If you have something of importance for the district and square dancing as a whole, please make sure you ask to add it to the agenda at the beginning of the meeting or let Carol Hershey know in advance.
