CLUBS WIN CASH REBATES:
Clubs sell
raffle tickets and keep 50% of all sales! For every dollar
in ticket sales, clubs keep half!
Example:
For every pack of 6 tickets sold for $5, your club retains $2.50. Sell 20 packs at $5 each ($100 total), keep $50 for your club!
Winners do not need to be present to win. Sell tickets to dancers, friends, neighbors, and even to the club itself!
Enclosed is a supply of tickets for your club to begin sales. Please call when you need more tickets or you may print them yourself from the form on the website:
www.forms.squaredancemissouri.com. Each stub must be completely filled out including name of club. Legibility is important - we don’t want anyone to miss out on a prize because we cannot read their name or phone number! Winners will be announced during the Saturday evening ceremonies. Winner does not need to be present to win.

Raffle tickets may be submitted prior to the drawing in two ways:

MAIL the tickets and a check (payable to “Missouri Square Dance Festival”, no cash) - for the money collected (minus club’s portion) to the Raffle Chairman below prior to September 25, 2025. Please do not mail any tickets after that date to ensure timely delivery.

2.
|
BRING the tickets and money collected (minus club’s portion) to the State Festival raffle ticket table on Friday night or Saturday before 7 PM.
